Note: Prior configuration in Hubble is required.
Note: The login ID for the user in Hubble must be set to the same email address as their TrustLogin account.
Note: For the latest setup instructions, please refer to the manual provided by Hubble.
TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration

Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Add App" button in the upper right of the screen.
- Search on the "Register Corporate App" screen and select "Hubble (SAML)".
- From "Identity Provider Information", download the metadata via "Download Metadata".
Now, switch to the configuration on the Hubble side. Please open Hubble in a separate window.
Note: If you may need to interrupt your work, click the "Register" button in the upper right to save your settings.
Hubble Configuration
- Log in with an administrator account and open the "Admin Screen" from the menu in the upper right.
- From "Applications" in the left menu, open "SSO (SAML) Authentication".
- Click "Start SAML Authentication Setup".
- Select the "Provider Name" from the dropdown. Since "TrustLogin" is not among the options, select "Azure" here.
Upload the metadata you downloaded from TrustLogin to "Upload Metadata". - Make a note of the "Entity ID" and "ACS URL", then save by clicking the "Register" button.
Return to the TrustLogin Admin Page again.
TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration (Continued)
- Configure each item under "Service Provider Settings" as follows.
Entity ID The "Entity ID" noted from Hubble ACS URL for the Service The "ACS URL" noted from Hubble
- Save by clicking the "Register" button.
TrustLogin User Configuration
① When a user adds the app from My Page
- Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
- On the "Register App" screen, select "Hubble (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
- If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, then click the "Register" button.
② When an administrator adds a member
- In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for and click the "Hubble (SAML)" app.
- Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
How to Log In to Hubble
① When logging in from the Hubble login page
- Open the login page and click "Log in with SSO" at the bottom.
- Enter your email address and click the login button.
- You will be redirected to the TrustLogin login screen, where you should complete authentication. If you are already logged in to TrustLogin, you will be redirected directly to your Hubble My Page.
② When logging in from TrustLogin
- Select the "Hubble (SAML)" app from My Page or the browser extension in TrustLogin.
- You will be redirected to Hubble's SAML login page, where you should enter your email address and click the login button.
- You will be redirected to your Hubble My Page.
