At TrustLogin, we are working to improve the usability of the Admin Page to make it easier for administrators to manage.
Below, we introduce the screens where improvements have been implemented so far.
Further usability improvements are planned to be rolled out over time.

Improvements
The operation for selecting multiple members has been improved.
Device Certificate
The key point of this update is that selected items are retained and can still be referenced even after navigating to the next page.
Even if you navigate to a different page and select additional items, you can check all selected items — including those selected on previous pages — by clicking the selected items.
1. This is the unselected state.
2. Checking the device information activates the device operation field, allowing you to perform operations on the selected items (devices or members, depending on the feature).
3. Click "Other" to deselect.
4. Click "Selected Devices" to check the current selection.
Note: You can deselect an item by clicking the "x" button.
5. Checking the certificate information field activates the certificate operation field.
6. Click "Selected Certificates" to check the current selection.
Identity Provisioning
- After selecting users, click "Selected Users" to view them as a list.
FIDO
- Checking the box next to a name activates the user operation field.
- Click "Other" to display "Bulk Retrieval of Authenticator Registration URLs."
Adding Users (Common to Device Restrictions, Identity Provisioning, and FIDO)
- After selecting users, click "Selected Users" to view them as a list.
- Checked users are now retained even after navigating to a different page, and can be checked from "Selected Users."
Note: You can also deselect a selected user from the list by clicking the "x" button.
The double scrollbar issue has been resolved, and scrolling behavior has been improved.
The table header and necessary operation buttons are now fixed at the top of the screen, allowing you to operate the table while keeping the header visible during scrolling.
Adding Groups (Common to Device Restrictions, Identity Provisioning, and FIDO)
- Selected groups can be viewed as a list by clicking "Selected Groups."
Selected groups are retained even after navigating to a different page.
Limitations
The maximum number of users, devices, or apps that can be selected is 500. If the number of selected users reaches 500, a message will be displayed on the screen and no further items can be added (the checkboxes will be grayed out).
Note: You can add more by deselecting selected users, devices, or apps using the "x" button in the corresponding "Selected ..." list.
