Note: SAML authentication is available on the web browser, desktop app, and mobile app.
Note: Prior configuration on Jooto is required.
Note: You must have already created an account in Jooto using the same email address as your TrustLogin (formerly SKUID) account.
Note: For the latest configuration steps, please refer to the manual provided by Jooto.

TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button at the top right of the screen.
   
   
   
   
2. On the "Register Company App" screen, search for and select "Jooto (SAML) ".
   
   
   
   
3. Download the metadata from "Download Metadata" under "Identity Provider Information". (You will need this later when configuring the Jooto side.)
   
   
   
   

Now, switch to configuring the Jooto side.
Do not click the "Register" button yet; open the Jooto Admin Page in a separate tab.

Jooto Configuration

1. From the Jooto organization settings screen, open "SSO > Settings".
   
   
   
   
2. From the IdP selection dropdown, select "Other" and enter your domain name.
   Note: With SSO, only users with the entered domain name can exist in the organization.
   
   Once entered, proceed by clicking "Next".
   
   
   
   
3. Note the displayed "Login URL", "Entity ID", and "ACS URL", then proceed by clicking "Next".
   
   
   
   
4. Open the metadata downloaded from TrustLogin in a text editor and paste its entire contents into "XML Metadata". Click "Complete" to finish the setup.
   
   
   
   
5. A message confirming that SSO setup is complete will be displayed.
   
   

Now, return to the TrustLogin settings.

TrustLogin Admin Page Settings (Registering the SP Information)

1. Enter the information noted from Jooto into each field of "Service Provider Settings" as follows.

2. Save the configuration by clicking the "Register" button.
   
   

TrustLogin User Settings

① When a User Adds the App via My Page

1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
2. On the "Register App" screen, select "Jooto (SAML) " and click the "Next" button at the top right of the screen.
3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, then click the "Register" button.
4. Click the app on "My Page" or in the "browser extension" and check that login succeeds.

② When an Administrator Adds Members

1. Search for and click the "Jooto (SAML) " app in the "Admin Page > App" menu.
2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
   
   

Jooto Configuration (Starting SSO)

1. Open the organization settings screen and click "Start SSO".
   
   
   
   
2. Review the warning message and click "Confirm".
   If there are users in the organization outside the configured domain name, you will need to remove them.
   
   
   
   
3. Click "OK".
   
   
   
   
4. Click "Get Started".
   
   
   
   
5. The SSO activation screen will be displayed; click "OK" to finish.
