This page explains how administrators can assign members to use push notification authentication and send the approved device registration email to members.
Assign Members and Send the Approved Device Registration Email

Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu, and click the "Settings" button to the right of "Push Notification Authentication."
- From "Add Member" or "Add Group," select the members or groups to assign push notification authentication to, and click "Register."

The approved device registration email, "[GMO TrustLogin] Request to Register a Push Notification Authentication Device," will be sent to the registered members (or members belonging to the registered group).
The assigned members and groups will also be displayed in "All Assigned Members & Devices," "Members," and "Groups," respectively.
In the following cases, you can resend the email or regenerate the URL.
- The URL has expired and is no longer valid (only if a URL expiration period is set)
- The member is unable to receive the email
Resending the Approved Device Registration Email
- Select the checkbox next to the target member in "All Assigned Members & Devices," then click the mail icon or "Send Approved Device Registration Email."
- A confirmation message for sending the email will be displayed; select "Yes."

A message confirming that the email has been sent to the member will be displayed.
Regenerating the Approved Device Registration URL
- Select the checkbox for the applicable member and click the chain icon.
- A message about generating the URL will be displayed; select "Yes."
- Please share the displayed URL with the member. You can copy it using the icon to the right of the URL.
Customizing the Settings
You can control whether members can register or delete devices themselves, and set an expiration period for the registration URL.

Note: If you change the above settings after the email has been sent, the updated settings will be applied to the email.
Setup Steps
- Click "Edit" to the right of Push Notification Authentication.
- Toggle each setting as needed.
If you turn ON "Set an expiration period for the registration URL," set the desired expiration period (1 to 30 days).
- Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
