Go to GMO TrustLogin and log in, then open the “Admin Page > Reports” menu to view this.
Reports record the date and time, the user who performed the action, and details of the action.

Note: Log items may increase as features are added, so please check the actual screen for details.
Note: The minimum retention period for logs is 5 years for the Pro plan and 1 year for the Free plan.
You can filter by specifying a date range, or search by specifying an email address or app name.
You can also download reports as an Excel file (.xlsx format).
Note: If the report to be downloaded contains more than 10,000 records,
the following message will be displayed in a pop-up window.
If this is not a problem, select “Yes”.
Once the download is ready, an email titled “Report Ready Notification” will be sent.
You can download the file from the URL provided in the email.
