How to Configure SAML Authentication for WOVN.io

  • You must create an account in WOVN.io using the same email address as your TrustLogin account.

TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.

  2. Search on the "Register Company App" screen and select "WOVN.io (SAML)".

  3. Note down the values of "Identity Provider URL" and "Issuer/Entity ID" under "Identity Provider Information", and download the certificate from the "Get Certificate" button.

  4. Click the "Register" button to save.

WOVN.io Settings

  1. Open "Account" from the icon in the upper right.

  2. Click "Add Domain" under "SAML Single Sign-On > 1. Verify Domain".

  3. Enter the domain to which you want to apply single sign-on, and proceed by clicking "Next".

  4. Set the displayed TXT record value in your domain's DNS records. For instructions on configuring your domain's DNS records, please refer to the help documentation provided by your domain registrar.

  5. When the domain status becomes "Verified", domain verification is complete.
    DNS record updates may take up to approximately 72 hours.

  6. Configure each item under "3. Set Up SAML SSO Configuration" as follows, and click the "Save" button to save.
    SAML Sign-in URL The "Identity Provider URL" obtained from TrustLogin
    IDP entity id The "Issuer/Entity ID" obtained from TrustLogin
    Key x509 Cerfiticate The contents of the "Certificate" obtained from TrustLogin
    Select verified domains Check the domain(s) to which you want to apply SAML SSO

  7. Turn ON the toggle to the right of "3. Set Up SAML SSO Configuration" to enable SAML SSO. (Note: Once SAML SSO is enabled, login via password will no longer be possible.)

TrustLogin User Settings

① When a user adds the app from My Page

  1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
  2. On the "Register App" screen, select "WOVN.io (SAML)", and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, then click the "Register" button.

②When an administrator adds members

  1. Search for and click the "WOVN.io (SAML)" app in the "Admin Page > App" menu.
  2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
