This page explains the steps for a member registered by their company account administrator to be able to start using TrustLogin (formerly SKUID).
Note: the initial steps may differ depending on the company account you were invited to. If this page does not resolve your issue, please contact your company account's administrator.
Registering Your TrustLogin Password
- You will receive an email from TrustLogin titled "[TrustLogin] Please Register Your Password." Please access the "▼Password Registration URL" link included in the email.
- The Login Password Creation screen will appear. Set the password you will use to log in to TrustLogin (formerly SKUID), along with a secret question and answer required for password resets. When finished, click the "Create Login Password" button.
- Once the next screen appears, your TrustLogin (formerly SKUID) password registration is complete. Click the "Go to Login Page" button to go to your TrustLogin (formerly SKUID) My Page.

For Google Chrome
The Google Chrome extension (add-on) can be installed from My Page the first time you log in to TrustLogin (formerly SKUID).
Note: You can also search for "TrustLogin" in the Chrome Web Store and add it from there.
- The first time you log in to TrustLogin (formerly SKUID), the dialog below will appear. Click the "Add Extension" button.
Note: This dialog only appears in the old UI and will not appear in the new UI. If you are viewing the new UI, please click the "Switch to Old UI" button at the top of the My Page screen.
- You will be taken to the Chrome Web Store. Review the details and click "Add to Chrome."
- A pop-up will appear at the top of the screen. Click "Add extension."
- Confirm that the TrustLogin (formerly SKUID) icon has been added to the upper right of your browser screen.
- Return to My Page and refresh the page once. If the dialog below appears, the extension (add-on) installation is complete.
For Mozilla Firefox
The Mozilla Firefox extension (add-on) can be installed from My Page the first time you log in to TrustLogin (formerly SKUID).
Note: You can also search for "TrustLogin" on Firefox Add-ons and add it from there.
- The first time you log in to TrustLogin (formerly SKUID), the dialog below will appear. Click the "Add Extension" button.
Note: This dialog only appears in the old UI and will not appear in the new UI. If you are viewing the new UI, please click the "Switch to Old UI" button at the top of the My Page screen.
- You will be taken to the Firefox add-on page. Review the details and click the "+Add to Firefox" button.
- A pop-up will appear at the top of the screen. Click "Add."
- Confirm that the TrustLogin (formerly SKUID) icon has been added to the upper right of your browser screen.
- Return to My Page and refresh the page once. If the dialog below appears, the extension (add-on) installation is complete.
For Microsoft Edge
The Microsoft Edge extension (add-on) can be installed from My Page the first time you log in to TrustLogin (formerly SKUID).

- Return to My Page and refresh the page once. If the dialog below appears, the extension (add-on) installation is complete.
