If you cannot use single sign-on (SSO) for accessing apps after logging into SKUID using Internet Explorer, please check the following:

Is the Compatibility View (Compatibility Mode) enabled on the pertinent app? |
Please confirm if SKUID works after disabling the Compatibility View. |

Have you changed the security settings of the browser? |
Please confirm if SKUID works with the setting equivalent to the default level of the Internet Zone. |
*Please note that as of January 25th, 2019, we have received feedback from customers that they cannot use single sign-on on rare occasions if they installed the extension while the Internet Explorer is running.
Sincere apologies for the inconvenience, but if this is the case, please uninstall the extension, close the browser, then install again.
