Settings for Collaboflow Cloud

※ Settings in Collaboflow Cloud must be done in advance.

※ You need to create an account with Collaboflow Cloud with the same e-mail address used for your SKUID account.

※ Please refer to the manual provided by Collaboflow Cloud for the latest setting procedure.

　 Configure single sign on using SAML authentication

 

Activate the SAML authentication.

1．Log into Collaboflow Cloud. ※For ○○○, enter the URL previously set up as the dedicated log-in URL.

2．Click the gear icon at the upper right of the screen and select [Settings] menu on the next screen.

3．Set [Activate SAML2.0 authentication] to [ON] in [SAML 2.0 authentication].

4．Enter　the followings and click [Save] at the end.

① Sign-on URL

Please enter the following URL below:

https://saml.sku.id/uas/saml2/SingleSignOnService

② Portal URL

Please enter the following URL:

https://saml.sku.id/uas/logout?returnurl=https://portal.sku.id/

③ ID provider certificate

Download a certificate file from the link below. Open the file in Notepad and copy and paste the content.

The certificate SKUIS uses to sign.

④ Metadata

You need the metadata to set up. Save the file from [Download].

      

SKUID Administrator Panel Settings

1．Log into SKUID and select [App] menu on [Administrator Panel].

2．Click [Add App] at the upper right of the screen and search for the application name [Collaboflow] on the [Company Application Registration] screen.

3．Click [Collaboflow Cloud (SAML)].

4．Fill in each of the following setting items and click [Register].

① [Application name] is optional. Please input here if display name is changed.

② [Log-in URL] can be left as it is.

③ [Name ID] cannot be changed. The e-mail address of each member’s SKUID account will be used.

④ For [Metadata], please select the file previously saved.

 

Settings of SKUID My Page

1．Click [Add app] on [My page].

2．On [Application registration] screen, select [Collaboflow Cloud (SAML)], and click [Next] at the upper right of the screen.

3．To change [Display name], enter a display name and click [Register].

4．Please click on the application in the extension function and check whether the log-in to Collaboflow Cloud is successful.
