When an Administrator or a general user adds or edits an app, they can enter a description or memo for the app.

Also, since this is included in the app search index, entering a tag makes it easier to find the app you want.
Example: If you want to display apps you use in the morning, enter "Morning" for the target app, then use the app search at the top of My Page to narrow down the apps.

Note: An app description set on the Admin Page can only be viewed on the Admin Page.
It can also be viewed and edited by administrators other than the one who set it.

Note: An app description set on My Page can only be viewed on My Page.
It cannot be viewed or edited by anyone other than the member who set it.

Note: For shared apps on My Page and apps configured via administrator proxy settings, the settings screen cannot be opened,
so an app description cannot be set.
