Cannot Log in to SKUID with One Time Password (OTP)

Please refer to the following steps. (*For administrators)

Please ask your administrator to reset settings if you are not the administrator.

How to reset One-time password (OTP) settings:

One-time password settings in SKUID can be reset using the following method when log in with one-time password became unavailable (e.g. when a member lost Google Authenticator account for one-time password).

 

  1. Log in to SKUID and open administrator panel
  2. Click [Settings] at the left side of [Administrator panel] and open [Optional functionality]
  3. Click [One Time Password (OTP)] and open [Settings]
  4. Select members who became unable to log in to SKUID from the list and click [Remove selected member]
  5. Add members by clicking [Add members] at the upper right of the screen and allocate one-time password to them
  6. The settings have now been reset. Added members will need to start the setting from the beginning.

 

When there is only one administrator in your organization and the above setting reset cannot be done, please contact our Support.
