Note: SAML authentication can be used with the web browser, desktop app, and mobile app.
Note: Prior application and a request for SAML configuration are required with box.
Note: You need to create a box account using the same email address as your TrustLogin (formerly SKUID) account.

TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.
   
   
   
   
2. On the "Register Company App" screen, search for and select "box (SAML)".
   
   
   
   
3. Under "Identity Provider Information", download the metadata from "Download Metadata".
   
   
   
   
4. Send the downloaded metadata to box and request the SAML configuration.
   Please also let them know the value sent for the email address: "saml:Subject > saml:NameID".

5. Download box's metadata from the URL below and upload it via "Select Metadata".

6. Click "Register" to save the settings.
   
   

TrustLogin User Settings

① When a User Adds the App from My Page

1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
2. On the "Register App" screen, select "box (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, then click the "Register" button.
4. Click the app on "My Page" or in the "Browser Extension", and check whether login succeeds.

② When an Administrator Adds Members

1. From the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for and click the "box (SAML)" app.
2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
