IP address restriction is a feature that identifies the IP address of the location you are accessing from and only allows access to TrustLogin from specific IP addresses.

Configuration Steps

Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu, and click the "Configure" button to the right of "IP Address Restriction."
- Click "Create IP."
- Enter the target IP address in "IP Address," enter an identifying name in "IP Address Description" (optional), and
click the "Register" button. - Click the IP address you added.
- Use "Add Member" or "Add Group" to add the users or groups who will access the system from the target IP address.
Note: Once IP address restriction is enabled, access will no longer be possible from any IP address other than those allowed.
Note: IP address restriction takes effect immediately after adding a new entry.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q) Can I register multiple IP addresses at once by separating them with "," or ";"?
A) Each IP address must be registered individually. However, for a contiguous range of IP addresses, you can also use subnet notation with "/".
(Example: ***.***.0.0/24 = ***.***.0.1 to ***.***.0.254)
