Note: Advance configuration in Collabo Flow is required.

Note: You need to create an account in Collabo Flow using the same email address as your TrustLogin (formerly SKUID) account.

Note: For the latest setup instructions, please refer to the manual provided by Collabo Flow.

Configuring the TrustLogin Admin Page

1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.
   
   
   
   
2. Search on the "Register Corporate App" screen and select "Collabo Flow (SAML)".
   
   
   
   
3. Under "Identity Provider Information", make a note of the "Identity Provider URL", and click "Download Certificate" to download the certificate and make a note of its contents.
   (You will need this later when configuring the settings on the Collabo Flow side.)
   
   

Now let's move on to the settings on the Collabo Flow side.
Without clicking the "Register" button, open the Collabo Flow admin page in a separate tab.

Configuring Collabo Flow

1. Click the "System Administration Area" button in the upper right.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Select "Environment Settings".
   
   
   
   
3. Register the information you noted in step 3 of "Configuring the TrustLogin Admin Page" above into each field of "SAML 2.0 Authentication" as follows.
   
   

   Collabo Flow	TrustLogin
   Sign-on URL	Identity Provider URL
   Identity Provider Certificate	Certificate

   
   
   
   
4. Download the "Metadata" and click "Register".

Return to the TrustLogin Admin Page again.

4. In "Service Provider Settings", enter
[Collabo Flow subdomain name] in "Redirect URL After Successful SP Authentication".

Click "Select Metadata", and
　　　upload the metadata you downloaded from Collabo Flow.


　　　

5. Click the "Register" button.　

Configuring TrustLogin Users

① When a user adds the app from My Page

1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
2. On the "Register App" screen, select "Collabo Flow (SAML)", and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, then click the "Register" button.
4. Click the app on "My Page" or in the browser extension, and check that login is successful.

② When an administrator adds a member

1. In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for the "Collabo Flow (SAML)" app and click it.
2. Click "Add Member", select the user you want to add from the member list, then click the "Register" button to add them.
