Note: Prior configuration is required on Workplace by Facebook.

Note: You must create an account on Workplace by Facebook using the same email address as your TrustLogin account.

Note: For the latest setup instructions, please refer to the manual provided by Workplace by Facebook.

TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.
   
   
   
   
2. On the "Register Company App" screen, search and select "Workplace by FaceBook (SAML)."
   
   
   
   
3. In the "Identity Provider Information" section, make a note of the "Identity Provider URL" and the "Issuer / Entity ID," and click "Get Certificate" to download the certificate and note its contents.
   (This will be needed later when configuring the settings on the Workplace by FaceBook side.)
   
   
   
   
4. In the "Service Provider Settings," enter the Workplace by FaceBook subdomain name in the "Entity ID" field.
   
   
   
   
   
5. Click the "Register" button.
   
   
   
   
6. In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for and click the "Workplace by FaceBook (SAML)" app you created.
   
   
   
   
7. Click "Add Member," select the administrator from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them. (A connection test will be performed when configuring the settings on Workplace by Facebook.)
   
   

Workplace by Facebook Settings

Log in to Workplace by Facebook using an administrator account.

1. From the left menu, select "Admin Panel > Security."
   
   
   
   
2. Select "Authentication" and check "Single Sign-On (SSO)."
3. Enter the information noted in step 3 of "TrustLogin Admin Page Settings" above as follows.

   SAML Issuer URI	Issuer / Entity ID
   SAML Certificate	Certificate

   
   Click the "Test SSO" button, and once you confirm success, click "Save" to complete the setup.
   Note: The user assigned in step 7 of "TrustLogin Admin Page Settings" above must be logged in to TrustLogin.
   
   

TrustLogin User Settings

(1) When a User Adds the App from My Page

1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page."
2. On the "Register App" screen, select "Workplace by FaceBook (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
3. If you want to change the "Display Name," enter it, then click the "Register" button.
4. Click the app from "My Page" or the "Browser Extension," and confirm that login is successful.

(2) When an Administrator Adds a Member

1. In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for and click the "Workplace by FaceBook (SAML)" app.
2. Click "Add Member," select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
