Setup Steps
-
Log in to TrustLogin, then from the Admin Page, go to Apps > Bulk Password Proxy Update.
-
Set the "Show only unconfigured apps" toggle to your preferred value.
- On: Extracts only apps without login information configured.
- Off: Extracts all apps that can be set up or updated, including those without login information configured.
- Click the "Start Generation" button.
A message indicating that CSV file generation has started will be displayed.
- Once the CSV file is ready, the "Download" button becomes active.
Click the button to download the CSV file.
Note: You can also download the file from the URL in the
"[Bulk Password Proxy Update] CSV Ready Notification" email sent when the CSV file is ready.
- Open the downloaded file.
A list of apps that can be set up or updated is provided in CSV format.
-
Check "Item 1 Name" and "Item 2 Name" in the CSV file to confirm the content of each item, and set the required values—for example, the ID in "Item 1 Value" and the password in "Item 2 Value".
Note: If an app has multiple items, be sure to fill in all of them.
Note: You can set the app's display name on My Page using the "Account" column.
Note: At this time, do not change any values other than the "Account Name" and the "Value of Item X".
Changing any values other than those above will cause the update to fail.
- After you finish entering the values, save the file.
- From the TrustLogin Admin Page, upload the saved CSV file via "Select File" → "Upload".
- Processing begins once the CSV file is uploaded.
The process is complete when the status changes to "Complete" and the completion time is updated.
Note: An email titled "[Bulk Password Proxy Update] CSV Upload Complete Notification" will be sent to the administrator.
