How to Configure SAML Authentication for Securify

  • Prior configuration in Securify is required.

  • A "Basic" plan subscription is required to use the SAML SSO feature.
  • An account must be created in Securify using the same email address as in TrustLogin.

TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.

  2. Search on the "Register Company App" screen and select "Securify (SAML)".

  3. Under "Identity Provider Information," note down the values of "Identity Provider URL" and "Issuer / Entity ID," and download the certificate using the "Get Certificate" button.

  4. Save by clicking the "Register" button.

Securify Settings

  1. Log in as the organization administrator, open "Login Settings", and click the "Add SAML Settings" button.

  2. Configure each item as follows and save by clicking the "Save" button.
    Entity ID The "Issuer / Entity ID" obtained from TrustLogin
    SSO URL The "Identity Provider URL" obtained from TrustLogin
    Certificate The contents of the "Certificate" obtained from TrustLogin

  3. To use the SAML integration feature, it must be enabled by Securify's operating team. Once configuration is complete, please contact your Securify representative.

TrustLogin User Settings

① When a user adds the app from My Page

  1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
  2. On the "Register App" screen, select "Securify (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it and click the "Register" button.

②When an administrator adds members

  1. Search for and click the "Securify (SAML)" app in the "Admin Page > App" menu.
  2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.

How to Log In

① Logging in from the Securify login page

  1. Run "Securify (SAML)" from My Page or the browser extension, or open the Securify login page directly.

  2. Open the "SAML Login" tab, enter the "Company Code", and click the "Log In" button.

  3. If you access the Securify login page directly without being logged in to TrustLogin, you will be redirected to the TrustLogin authentication screen. After authentication, you will be logged in to Securify.

②Using the helper app

A helper app that can automatically enter the company code is also available.
Search for it on the app search screen and register "[SAML Helper] Securify" to use it.
Note: The helper app can only be used with PC browsers and the Android default browser (Chrome).

Note: When logging in with the "Securify (SAML)" or "[SAML Helper] Securify" app, you may need to allow pop-ups depending on your device/browser.
