This page explains how to copy a client certificate for use on another device.

Note: If you saved the P12 file from when you obtained the certificate, you can simply copy that file, and this procedure is not necessary.
Note: If the certificate does not work correctly after importing it, try restarting your device or browser.

How to Export a Certificate on Windows OS

1. Open Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome and follow the steps below to open the certificate store.
   
   Microsoft Edge: "..." (Settings and more) >> Settings >> Privacy, search, and services >> Manage certificates
   Google Chrome: "..." (Customize and control Google Chrome) >> Settings >> Privacy and security >> Manage certificates
   
   
2. On the "Personal" tab, select the certificate and click the "Export" button.
   
   
   
   
3. The Certificate Export Wizard will open. Click "Next".
   
   
   
4. Select "Yes, export the private key" and click "Next".
   
   
   Note: If you did not check "Mark this key as exportable" when importing the certificate,
   the private key cannot be exported.Please be aware of this.
   
   
   
5. Select "Personal Information Exchange - PKCS #12(.PFX)(P)",
   check "Include all certificates in the certification path if possible" and click "Next".
   
   
   
   
6. Enter a password of your choice and select"TripleDES-SHA1", then click "Next".
   Note: You will use the password you set here when importing the certificate, so please make surenot to forget it.
   
   
   
7. Use the "Browse" button to choose a save location and file name of your choice, then click "Next".
   
   
   
   
8. Click the "Finish" button.
   
   
   
   

How to Export a Certificate on macOS

1. In Launchpad, search for "keychain" (or "Keychain Access") and click "Keychain Access" to open it.
   
   
   
2. Select the "My Certificates" tab, right-click the certificate you want to export, then click "Export ...".
3. Choose a file name, save location, and format, then click "Save".
   - Name: any name
   - Location: any location
   - Format: Personal Information Exchange (.p12)
   
4. Set a password of your choice and click "Save".
   
   
   
5. Enter the password for the "login" keychain, then click "Allow".
   
   
   
   

How to Import a Certificate on Windows OS

1. Double-click the P12 file to open the Certificate Import Wizard.
2. Confirm that the certificate store location is set to "Current User", and click "Next".
   
3. Confirm that the file to be imported is the specified P12 file, and click "Next".
   
   
4. In the field for the private key password, enter the certificate protection password, and click "Next".
   
   
   
5. Confirm that the radio button "Automatically select the certificate store based on the type of certificate" is checked, and click "Next".
   
6. Click the "Finish" button to import the certificate.
   
   

How to Import a Certificate on macOS

1. Drag and drop the downloaded certificate onto the Keychain Access app.
   
2. Enter the P12 file password and click "OK".
   
   
   

How to Import a Certificate on iOS

1. Open the email with the P12 file attached, select the P12 file, then tap the icon at the bottom of the screen.
   
   
   
   
2. From the menu that opens, select "Save to Files" and save it.
   
3. Open the "Files" app.
   
4. Select the file you saved in step 2 to download the profile.
   
   
5. Open the "Settings" app and select "Profile Downloaded".
   
   
   
6. Select "Install", then select "Install" again.
   
   
7. Enter the P12 file password.
   
   

How to Import a Certificate on Android OS

1. Open the email with the P12 file attached, select the P12 file, enter the P12 file password, and select "OK".
   
2. Select "VPN and app user certificate" and select "OK".
   
3. Select "OK".
