How to Configure SAML Authentication for BtoB Platform

TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.

  2. Search on the "Register Company App" screen and select "BtoB Platform (SAML)".

  3. Download the metadata from the "Download Metadata" button under "Identity Provider Information".

Now, switch over to configuring BtoB Platform.
Do not click the "Register" button yet — open BtoB Platform in a separate window.

BtoB Platform Configuration

  1. Open "Settings > Company/Organization/Permission Settings > Single Sign-On Settings".

  2. Select "Use" for the Single Sign-On usage setting and "SAML" for the authentication method, then click "Configure/Edit" for the SAML settings.05.png

  3. Configure each item as follows, and click "Go to Confirmation Screen".
    BtoB Platform Information Download the metadata using the "Download Metadata for Registration" button
    Start URL This will be the login URL used for SP-Initiated SSO, so make a note of it if necessary
    Identity Provider (Third-Party Service) Information Upload the metadata obtained from TrustLogin using the "Add from Metadata" button

  4. Confirm that the metadata has been loaded correctly, and click "Apply Settings".

Now return to the TrustLogin admin page.
Leave the BtoB Platform screen (the authentication test screen) open as is, and return to the TrustLogin admin page.

  1. Upload the metadata obtained from BtoB Platform to "Metadata" under "Service Provider Settings".

  2. Save by clicking the "Register" button.

  3. To perform an authentication test on the BtoB Platform side, add the administrator who is performing the configuration work to the SAML app you created.

Now return to the BtoB Platform page.

Authentication Test in BtoB Platform

  1. Click the "Test" button to perform the authentication test.

  2. Check the authentication test result and close the window.

  3. Return to the original screen and click "Go to Confirmation Screen".

  4. Click "Apply Settings".

    Note: To use Single Sign-On, the "Use Single Sign-On" setting in the role model assigned to the employee must be turned ON.
    Please check this from "Settings > Company/Organization/Permission Settings > Permission Management > Create/Change Role Model".

TrustLogin User Configuration

① When a User Adds the App via My Page

  1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
  2. On the "Register App" screen, select "BtoB Platform (SAML)", and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, then click the "Register" button.

② When an Administrator Adds a Member

  1. Search for and click the "BtoB Platform (SAML)" app in the "Admin Page > App" menu.
  2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
