How to Configure SAML Authentication for Autify

TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.

  2. Search on the "Register Company App" screen and select "Autify (SAML)".

  3. Download the metadata by clicking the "Download Metadata" button under "Identity Provider Information".03.png

  4. Save by clicking the "Register" button.

  5. Send the email address domain for which SSO should be enabled to Autify, Inc. and request that they configure SAML.

  6. Receive the SAML configuration information for Autify that will be entered on the TrustLogin side.

  7. Open "App Management Screen > Change SAML App Settings" and configure "Service Provider Settings" as follows.
    Entity ID

    The "Entity ID" sent by Autify, Inc.

    ACS URL for the Service The "Callback URL" sent by Autify, Inc.

  8. Save by clicking the "Register" button.

  9. Send the "metadata" you noted from TrustLogin to Autify, Inc.

  10. Have Autify, Inc. switch the authentication method from password authentication to SSO authentication.


TrustLogin User Settings

① When a user adds the app from My Page

  1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
  2. On the "Register App" screen, select "Autify (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it and click the "Save" button.

②When an administrator adds members

  1. Search for and click the "Autify (SAML)" app in the "Admin Page > App" menu.
  2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Save" button to add them.

How to Log In

When logging in with "Autify (SAML)"

Running "Autify (SAML)" from My Page or the browser extension will take you to the Autify login screen.

Click the "Log In" button, enter your email address, and click the "Continue" button to complete the login.

②When Using a Form-Based Authentication App

If you register the "Autify" form-based authentication app (password authentication app) and click the app, your email address will be entered automatically.
Search on the app search screen and register "Autify" to use this feature.

Note: Autofill by the form-based authentication app is only available in a PC browser.
