From the TrustLogin Admin Page,
you can purchase licenses (plans and paid options) online.
This page explains the purchase procedure.
Note: Some procedures cannot be completed on the Admin Page and require you to contact us.
Note: Your license is granted immediately after you submit a purchase request on the Admin Page.

- The minimum number of IDs required for a new purchase is as follows:
- When purchasing SSO Free + a paid option: 10 IDs or more
- When purchasing SSO Free + SaaS Management, SSO Pro, or SSO Pro + SaaS Management: 30 IDs or more
Important Notes

If the total amount is 800,000 yen or more, you cannot complete the purchase online.
Please use the Contact button on the purchase screen, or thecontact form to contact us. - If you signed up through a reseller, you cannot add licenses from the Admin Page. If you would like to add licenses, please contact the reseller you contracted with.
- During the trial period, you cannot add licenses from the Admin Page regardless of your plan.
- If the number of licenses assigned to users exceeds your contracted quantity, licenses will also be added automatically. For details, seehere

The device restriction and leaked password detection features require an additional contract for the SSO Pro or SSO Pro + SaaS Management plan.
Steps

Log in to TrustLogin,
then open "License Addition" from the "Settings > Optional Features" screen.
Note: For the SSO Free plan, you can also open the application page from the "Upgrade" button.
- If you would like to add a plan license,
select the plan name you want to add and enter the desired number of licenses.- If you already have a contract for any plan or option, you cannot purchase a different plan on this screen.
In this case, please contact us via the contact form with the plan/license name and number of licenses you would like. - The total amount is displayed in real time as you enter the number of licenses.

- (SSO Free / SSO Free + SaaS Management plan only)
If you would like to add an option license,
enter the desired number of licenses in the field for the option name you want to add.- Leave any option you are not purchasing blank.
- The total amount is displayed in real time as you enter the number of licenses.

Enter or review your "Billing Information,"
check "I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for GMO TrustLogin and GMO Sign,"
and click the "Go to Confirmation Screen" button. - Confirm that the application details are correct, then click the "Apply for Paid License" button.

After your application is complete, the applicable option is activated and available for immediate use.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q.) If I am already using a paid option, how will I be billed for the additional purchase?
A.)For an additional contract, the contract end date is aligned with your existing contract,
and you will not be charged until the next billing start date, after which you will be billed for the remaining number of months.
