TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration

1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.
   
   
   
2. Search on the "Register Corporate App" screen and select "HUE Project Board (SAML)".
   
   
   
3. Download the metadata from the "Download Metadata" button under "Identity Provider Information".

At this point, switch to configuring the HUE Project Board side.
Do not click the "Register" button yet — open HUE Project Board in a separate window.

HUE Project Board Configuration

1. Log in to HUE Project Board with an account that has administrator privileges, and select "Workspace Settings".
   
   
   
2. Under "Single Sign-On > Authentication Method", select "Custom SAML 2.0" and click "Add".
   
   
   
3. Enter any name you like in "Display Name" and click the "Add" button.
   Note: The name you set here will be displayed on the HUE Project Board login screen.
   
   
   
4. Under "SAML Settings", click the "Upload IdP Metadata" button and upload the metadata you saved from TrustLogin.
   
   
   
5. Once you upload the metadata, the IdP information will be automatically entered into each setting field. After the auto-fill, click "Save Changes".
   
   
   
6. Under "SAML IdP Settings", click "Download SP Metadata" to download the HUE Project Board metadata.

Return to the TrustLogin Admin Page again.

1. Upload the metadata you saved from HUE Project Board to "Metadata" in "Service Provider Settings".
   
   
   
   
2. Click the "Register" button to save.
3. Add a user to the "HUE Project Board (SAML)" app to perform a connection test.
   
   

HUE Project Board Configuration (Continued)

1. Return to the "Single Sign-On > Authentication Method" screen and click the "Connection Test" button. Use the copy button to save the displayed URL, and check whether the connection succeeds in your browser's incognito/private mode.
   
   
   
2. After the connection test succeeds, turn on the SAML activation toggle and click the "Enable" button.
   
   
   
3. Turning on "Enable login via single sign-on only" allows members to log in only via SSO. Please note that password login will no longer be available. This setting is optional.
   
   
   

TrustLogin User Configuration

① When Users Add the App from My Page

1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
2. On the "Register App" screen, select "HUE Project Board (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, then click the "Register" button.

② When Administrators Add Members

1. In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for and click the "HUE Project Board (SAML)" app.
2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
