This page explains how administrators can send notification emails to users subject to device restrictions.
Using this feature, administrators can send notifications at any time of their choosing — for example, sending a reminder to members who have not yet submitted their device information, or notifying target members after pre-registering their device information.

Steps to Resend a Notification Email

1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
   and click the "Configure" button to the right of "Device Certificate."
   
   
   
2. Click "Resend System Email."
   
   
   
3. Select the email you want to send and click "Next."
   
   
4. Check the number of recipients and the sending conditions, then click "Send" to send the email.
   The emails that are sent are as follows.

   (When resending to members who have not submitted their device information)
   Subject: [Device Restriction] "Notice on How to Use the Device Certificate Option" email
   Recipients: XX people (number of members meeting the following conditions)
   Conditions: Invitation status is "Invited"
   and members who have not registered device information
   
   
   

   
   (When notifying members whose submitted device information has been approved but who have not completed certificate installation)
   (When notifying target members that batch registration of approved devices is complete and preparations are ready)
   Subject: [Device Restriction] "Your Device Certificate Is Ready to Be Obtained" email
   Recipients: XX people (number of members meeting the following conditions)
   Conditions: Device information status is "Approved" or "Pre-approved," and
   members who do not have a valid certificate registered
   
   
   If no members meet the conditions, the following message is displayed.
