This page explains how administrators can bulk export registered devices.
Using this feature, you can download registered device information, device status, and certificate information
(serial number, status, and status change date) for reference and searching.

Steps to Export Registered Devices

1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
   and click the "Settings" button to the right of "Device Certificate."
   
   
   
2. Click "Export Registered Devices."
   　
   
   
3. Click "Start Generation."
   
   
   A message indicating that CSV file generation has started will be displayed.
   
   
   
4. When the CSV file is ready, an email titled "Device Certificate Bulk Export Ready" will be
   sent to you.
   You can download the CSV file from "Download Generated CSV File."
   
   
   
   The downloaded CSV file allows you to reference the following items.
   

   Item Name	Description
   Name	Last name and first name of the assigned member
   Email Address	Email address
   Direct User Assignment	TRUE: Member added via member addition FALSE: Member added via a group
   Assigned Group Name	Assigned group name
   Invitation Status	Invited: Invited by the administrator; device registration is available Cannot invite: The same email address is registered under a different company ID, 　　　　　and the device certificate option is assigned there. 　　　　　Since the device restriction feature cannot be used across multiple company IDs, 　　　　　you must remove the option assignment from the company ID(s) you do not intend to use.
   Invitation Status Change Date/Time	The date and time the invitation status was last changed
   Device Name	The name of the registered device
   Device OS	Windows / Mac OS / iPhone / iPad / Android
   Device Identifier Type	MacAddress / IMEI / AndroidId
   Device Identifier	The actual value of the identifier
   Device Registration Date/Time	The date and time the device was registered
   Device Status	Pending Approval: A certificate request has been made by the member and is awaiting administrator approval Approved: The administrator has completed approving the request Pre-Approved: The administrator has completed registering a pre-approved device Deployed: The member has completed installing the certificate Rejected: The administrator has blocked (denied) the request
   Certificate Serial Number	The serial number of the issued certificate (- if not yet issued)
   Certificate Status	Active / Revoked
   Certificate Status Change Date/Time	The date and time the certificate status was last changed
