To submit an app request or feature request, you need to register an account
with GMO TrustLogin Support.

Register an Account with
GMO TrustLogin Support

1. On the GMO TrustLogin Support page, under "App Request" or "Feature Request",
   click "⊕New Request".
   
2. Click "Register Account".
   
3. Enter your name and email address in the form, and click "Register Account".
   Once complete, a confirmation email will be sent.
   Subject: "Create a Password for GMO TrustLogin Support"
   
   
   
4. Check the email you receive.
   Click "Create a Password" in the body of the email to go to the link and proceed to set your password.
   
   
5. Enter your password and click "Set Password". This completes your account registration.
   
   

Sign In to GMO TrustLogin Support

1. On the GMO TrustLogin Support page, under "App Request" or "Feature Request",
   click "⊕New Request".
   
   
   
2. Enter your registered email address and password, and click "Sign In".

   Sign in to GMO TrustLogin Support, enter your request details, and submit.

   　・Select a topic (App Request / Feature Request)
   
   
   
   
   

   Responses to Your Request

   GMO TrustLogin is reviewing the requests you have submitted.
   

   1. When a comment is added to the request you submitted, an email will be sent.
      Subject: [App/Feature Request] (Request Title)
      
      
   2. Click "Show Comment" in the body of the email to view the details.
