TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.

  2. Search on the "Register Company App" screen and select "BugSnag (SAML)".

  3. Download the metadata using the "Download Metadata" button under "Identity Provider Information".03.png

Now, switch to configuring BugSnag.
Do not click the "Register" button yet — open BugSnag in a separate window.

BugSnag Settings

  1. Log in to BugSnag with an account that has administrator privileges and select "Organization settings".

  2. Select "Organization>Single sign-on".

  3. Configure each item as follows, and save the settings by clicking "SAVE".
    SAML/IdP Metadata

    Select "XML" and copy and paste the

    metadata content you noted down from TrustLogin

    SAML Endpoint URL Copy and note it down
    Auto-provision collaborators

    Check this and select the option that matches your operational needs

    ・Provision with Project Owner access to all projects

    →Provisions users as "Project owner" for all projects

    ・Provision with Project Member access to all projects

    →Provisions users as "Project member" for all projects

    ・Provision with no Project access

    →Does not grant access to any project

Return to the TrustLogin Admin Page again.

  1. Enter the "SAML Endpoint URL" you noted down from BugSnag into "ACS URL to Service" under "Service Provider Settings".

  2. Save by clicking the "Register" button.

  3. Add the administrator who is performing the test to the created SAML app as a member.
    For instructions on how to add a member, see TrustLogin User Settings below.

BugSnag Settings (Continued)

  1. Click the "BugSnag (SAML)" app from TrustLogin and confirm that SSO succeeds.

  2. Once SSO succeeds, the "Force your team to log in via your SSO provider" option becomes available to check. (Note: This is an optional item.) If needed, check it and click "SAVE".
    If you check this, users who log in with an email address and password will no longer be able to access the organization dashboard.

① When a user adds the app from My Page

  1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
  2. On the "Register App" screen, select "BugSnag (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it and click the "Register" button.

②When an administrator adds members

  1. Search for and click the "BugSnag (SAML)" app in the "Admin Page > App" menu.
  2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
