How to Configure SAML Authentication for Bonusly

  • Advance configuration is required on the Bonusly side.

  • You must create a Bonusly account using the same email address as your TrustLogin account.

TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button at the top right of the screen.

  2. Search on the "Register Company App" screen and select "Bonusly (SAML)".

  3. Note down the "IdP URL" and "Issuer / Entity ID" values under "Identity Provider Information", and download the certificate from the "Get Certificate" button.

Now, switch to the settings on the Bonusly side.
Do not click the "Register" button yet; open Bonusly in a separate window.

Bonusly Settings

  1. Open the icon at the top right > "Integrations".

  2. Select "SAML".

  3. Configure each item as follows, then click the "Save" button to save the settings.
    Automatically Configure from Metadata Uncheck
    The "Issuer / Entity ID" value obtained from TrustLogin
    IdP SSO target URL The "IdP URL" value obtained from TrustLogin
    The contents of the "Certificate" obtained from TrustLogin

  4. Copy and note down the values for "Consumer URL" and "SP Issuer".

Return to the TrustLogin Admin Page again.

  1. Configure "Service Provider Settings" as follows.
    Entity ID The "SP Issuer" obtained from Bonusly
    ACS URL for the Service The "Consumer URL" obtained from Bonusly

  2. Click the "Register" button to save.

TrustLogin User Settings

① When a user adds the app from My Page

  1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
  2. Select "Bonusly (SAML)" on the "Register App" screen, then click the "Next" button at the top right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, then click the "Register" button.

② When an administrator adds members

  1. In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for and click the "Bonusly (SAML)" app.
  2. Click "Add Member", select the users to add from the member list, then click the "Register" button to add them.

Restricting Login Method to SAML SSO Only

  1. Open "Admin > Company > Recognition settings > Show advanced settings".

  2. Check "Login Methods > Restrict to Single Sign On", then click the "Save Settings" button to save.
