Note: The recommended environment is Google Chrome (latest version) or Microsoft Edge (latest version) on PC (Windows/macOS).
TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.
- Search on the "Register Company App" screen and select "invox (SAML)".
- Download the metadata using the "Download Metadata" button under "Identity Provider Information".
- Save by clicking the "Register" button.
- Send the obtained "metadata" to your contact at invox Inc. and request the SAML configuration.
TrustLogin User Settings
① When a User Adds the App from My Page
- Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
- On the "Register App" screen, select "invox (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
- If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it and click the "Register" button.
②When an Administrator Adds Members
- Search for and click the "invox (SAML)" app in the "Admin Page > App" menu.
- Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
Login Method
① When Logging In via "invox (SAML)"
Running "invox (SAML)" from My Page or the browser extension will take you to the invox single sign-on login screen. After entering your email address, click the "Login" button to complete the login process.
②When Using the Auxiliary App
Omitting the email address entry from the login process described in ① is possible using the auxiliary app "[SAML Auxiliary] invox", which we also provide.
Please add the app yourself, either as an administrator or as a user, following the same steps as a normal app registration.
Note: The auxiliary app is only available on PC browsers.
