TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.
   
   
   
2. We provide separate SAML templates depending on which Scalebase environment you are connecting to.
   Search on the "Register Company App" screen and select the SAML app that matches your Scalebase environment.
   

   For the production environment: "Scalebase (Production) (SAML)"
   For the SandBox environment: "Scalebase (SandBox) (SAML)"

   
   
   
   
3. Download the metadata using the "Download Metadata" button under "Identity Provider Information".
   
   
   
4. Click the "Save" button to save your settings.
   
   
5. Send the downloaded "Metadata" to your representative at Alp Inc. and request the SAML configuration.
   
   
6. Once you receive notification from Scalebase that the SAML configuration is complete, open the settings screen for the SAML app you created again. (Admin menu > Apps > search by app name > edit SAML app settings)
   
   
7. Enter the "Login URL" notified by Scalebase into "Login URL" under "Service Provider Settings".
   
   
   
8. Click the "Save" button to save your settings.

TrustLogin User Settings

① When a user adds the app from My Page

1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
2. On the "Register App" screen, select "Scalebase (Production) (SAML)" or "Scalebase (SandBox) (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it and click the "Save" button.

②When an administrator adds members

1. Search for and click the "Scalebase (Production) (SAML)" or "Scalebase (SandBox) (SAML)" app in the "Admin Page > App" menu.
2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Save" button to add them.

Login Method

1. Clicking the app from the TrustLogin My Page or the browser extension will take you to the Scalebase login screen.
   
   
2. Clicking the "Log in with SAML Authentication" button will complete your login to Scalebase.
   

How to Add an Operator

1. The administrator issues a sign-up URL and requests the new user to sign up.
   Note: After SAML authentication is enabled, the format of the sign-up URL used when adding a new operator changes.

2. The new user accesses the issued sign-up URL and clicks "Sign up with SAML Authentication". The TrustLogin authentication screen will be displayed; after authenticating, set the operator name to complete the sign-up.
