-
Download the metadata using the "Download Metadata" button under "Identity Provider Information".
- Send the downloaded "metadata" to your contact at Rimo LLC and ask them to configure SAML.
-
Using the "Select Metadata" button under "Service Provider Settings", upload the metadata sent by Rimo LLC.
- Click the "Register" button to save.
TrustLogin User Configuration
① When a User Adds the App from My Page
- Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
- On the "Register App" screen, select "Rimo Voice (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
- If you want to change the "Display Name", enter a new one, then click the "Register" button.
② When an Administrator Adds Members
- In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for and click the "Rimo Voice (SAML)" app.
- Click "Add Member", select the users to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
SSO Integration (For Users Who Have Already Logged In to Rimo Voice)
Users who currently log in to Rimo Voice with an email address and who want to switch to SSO login must follow the steps below to enable SSO. This does not apply to users who will be logging in to Rimo Voice for the first time.
- https://rimo.app/about and if you are a corporate user, click here.
-
After entering the email address you use to log in, click the arrow button. Two options, "Email Address" and "SSO", will be displayed; click "Email Address" and log in as usual. At this point, your existing Rimo Voice account has not yet been linked to SSO authentication, so you cannot use SSO login yet.
- Once you have logged in, open the management menu from the round icon in the upper right of the screen and click "Settings".
- Click the item with the key icon under "Login Integration". Authentication with GMO TrustLogin will take place, and the section that says "Not Linked" will change to display your own email address. This completes the SSO integration process.
How to Log In
① Logging In via "Rimo Voice (SAML)"
- When you launch "Rimo Voice (SAML)" from My Page or the browser extension, you will be taken to the Rimo Voice login screen. Enter your email address and click the "→" button.
- After clicking the "→" button, an "SSO" button will appear. Click the "SSO" button to complete the login.
② Using the Helper App
We also provide a helper app that can automatically fill in your email address.
Search for it on the app search screen and register "[SAML Helper] Rimo Voice" to use it.
Note: The helper app can only be used with a PC browser.
Note: It can also be used with the iOS in-app browser and Android in-app browser, but you will be required to log in to TrustLogin again.
