Before you start using TrustLogin, we would like to share some points to check and keep in mind in advance
so that you can proceed with setup smoothly.
Please review the information below, then proceed to the login screen via the link at the bottom of this page.
Notes Before New Registration
Please Provide an Email Address You Can Receive Mail At When Registering (Creating a Company ID)
When you complete New Registration (Company ID Creation), we will send a "Provisional Registration Notice" email to the address you entered,
and you will proceed to the full registration step via the URL in that email.
Note: The Provisional Registration Notice email is sent only once, so please be sure to specify an email address that can also receive mail from external domains.
Once full registration is complete, a "Registration Complete Notice" email will be sent.
Please keep this email in a safe place, as it can be used to confirm your registration information.
Notes After New Registration
Please Create Multiple Administrator Users
All settings are generally configured on the Admin Page (accessible only to administrator users).
For this reason, if an administrator becomes unable to log in due to a forgotten password or a configuration mistake,
it becomes very difficult to recover the account on your end.
To prepare for such issues, please create multiple administrator users within your Company ID.
Note: Except for cases that can be resolved by disabling an option, we do not perform password resets or changes to registration information on our end.
When Enabling an Option, Please Prepare a Separate Administrator User Who Will Not Be Affected
TrustLogin's optional features only apply to users who have been assigned that option setting.
During testing, for example, if you enable a setting while it is assigned to all users in the same way,
a configuration mistake could result in all administrators being unable to log in — meaning recovery would not be possible.
When enabling an option, please prepare a backup administrator user to whom the option is not assigned (and who will not be affected),
test with that user first, confirm that there are no issues with the configuration, and then roll out the option assignment gradually.
-
When configuring access restriction options (client authentication, IP address restriction, etc.)
Please prepare an administrator user to whom the option is not assigned before configuring the setting,
or verify using a test user and confirm there are no issues with its behavior before assigning it to administrators.
-
When configuring authentication options (Active Directory Integration, Push Notification Authentication, etc.)
Please prepare an administrator user to whom the option is not assigned before configuring the setting.
For administrators, having multiple authentication methods available (e.g., a TrustLogin password plus an Active Directory Integration password) provides extra peace of mind in case something goes wrong.
Note: If You Become Unable to Log In Due to a Problem During Option Configuration
You may contact our support desk, and we can temporarily disable the option on our end.
However, for security reasons, we will need to verify the administrator's identity first (this typically takes at least 1 business day).
