How to Configure SAML Authentication for F-Chair+

  • You must create an account in F-Chair+ using the same email address as your TrustLogin account.

TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.

  2. On the "Register Corporate App" screen, search for and select "F-Chair+ (SAML)".

  3. Under "Identity Provider Information", download the metadata using the "Download Metadata" button.

Now, let's move on to the settings on the F-Chair+ side.
Do not click the "Register" button yet; open F-Chair+ in a separate window.

F-Chair+ Settings

  1. On the admin screen, open "SAML Authentication Settings" and note the values of "Response URL (ACS)" and "Entity ID".

  2. Click the "Edit" button and configure the following.
    Finally, click the "Update" button to save.
    IdP metadata specification method Select "XML Text"
    IdP metadata XML text Open the "metadata" downloaded from TrustLogin in a text editor, and paste its entire contents
    Disable login by email address/password Leave unchecked (recommended)
    Note: Checking this box restricts the login method to SAML only. We recommend switching to this only after confirming the SAML connection is successful and notifying your users.

Now, return to the TrustLogin Admin Page.

  1. Configure the "Service Provider Settings" as follows.
    Entity ID The "Entity ID" obtained from F-Chair+
    ACS URL for Service The "Response URL (ACS)" obtained from F-Chair+

  2. Click the "Register" button to save.

TrustLogin User Settings

① When a user adds it from My Page

  1. On "My Page", click the "Add App" button.
  2. On the "Register App" screen, select "F-Chair+ (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, then click the "Register" button.

② When an administrator adds a member

  1. On the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for and click the "F-Chair+ (SAML)" app.
  2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
