How to Configure SAML Authentication for COCOMITE

Prerequisites

  • COCOMITE requires prior configuration.

  • You must create an account in COCOMITE using the same email address as your TrustLogin account.

  • For the latest configuration steps, please refer to the manual provided by COCOMITE.

TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button at the top right of the screen.

  2. Search on the "Register Corporate App" screen and select "COCOMITE (SAML)".

  3. Download the metadata by clicking the "Download Metadata" button in the "Identity Provider Information" section.

At this point, switch to configuring the COCOMITE side.
Do not click the "Register" button yet — open COCOMITE in a separate window.

COCOMITE Configuration

  1. From the workspace name menu at the top right, open "SSO Authentication" and click the "Change" button in the SSO authentication settings.

  2. Configure each item as follows, then save by clicking the "Save" button.
    Note: Once SSO is enabled, you will no longer be able to log in to COCOMITE using an ID/password.
    SSO Authentication Switch to "Enabled"
    Configuration Method Select "Metadata File (e.g., Google Workspace)"
    Metadata File Select the metadata obtained from TrustLogin
    Entity ID Copy it and keep it on hand
    Response URL (ACS) Copy it and keep it on hand

Now return to the TrustLogin Admin Page.

TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration (Continued)

  1. Configure the "Service Provider Settings" as follows.
    Login URL Your COCOMITE workspace login URL
    Entity ID The "Entity ID" obtained from COCOMITE
    ACS URL for the Service The "Response URL (ACS)" obtained from COCOMITE

  2. Save by clicking the "Register" button.

TrustLogin User Configuration

① When a user adds the app from My Page

  1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
  2. On the "Register App" screen, select "COCOMITE (SAML)" and click the "Next" button at the top right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, then click the "Register" button.

② When an administrator adds a member

  1. In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for and click the "COCOMITE (SAML)" app.
  2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, then click the "Register" button to add them.

How to Log In

Launching the "COCOMITE (SAML)" app from My Page or the browser extension will take you to the COCOMITE login page.
Clicking the "Login" button will complete the login.
