(For Administrators) Bulk Registration of Approval Devices

This page explains how administrators can bulk-register devices.
Devices registered using this method are automatically pre-approved, so users do not need to perform a certificate request.

Note: This assumes that Basic Settings for the Device Restriction Option and Assigning the Option to Members/Groups
 have already been completed.

Steps for Bulk Registering Devices

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu, and click the "Settings" button to the right of "Device Certificate."

  2. Click "Bulk Register Approved Devices."

  3. Click "Start Generation."

    A message indicating that CSV file generation has started will be displayed.


  4. CSV Once the file is ready, an email titled "Device Certificate CSV Download Ready" will be
    sent to you.
    You can download the CSV file from "Download the generated CSV file."

  5. Open the CSV file and enter the device information in the "Device Type" and "Device Identifier" columns.
    Note: Upper/lower case does not matter.

    ・Registering multiple devices for a single user
    Add a row and enter the "UserID," "Email," and device information for the user for whom you want to register multiple devices.
    Note: UserID is a unique ID used by our system to identify a user. Please refer to the value already entered when the CSV file was downloaded.

    ・Not registering a device for a specific user
    Delete the row for the target user.
    Note: Leaving the row blank will cause an error during upload, so if you do not want to register a device, be sure to delete the row.

  6. Save the file, overwriting the original.

  7. Upload the saved file using "Choose File" → "Upload."

  8. Once the CSV file upload and application are complete, the status will change to "Complete" and the completion time will be
    updated.
    Note: An email titled "Device Certificate CSV Upload Complete" will be sent to the administrator.

  9. Confirm that the device has been registered and that the status has changed to "Pre-Approved."

    This completes the bulk device registration process.

    Please have the administrator instruct users to obtain their certificate.

Checking Errors During Registration

After uploading the CSV file, if an error occurs during processing, you can view the error details by clicking "Check Errors."Bulk10.png

After reviewing the error details, please correct the CSV file or check the usage status as needed.
Note: Items other than the rows with errors will be registered as-is.
