How to Configure SAML Authentication for AUTORO

Prerequisites

  • Prior configuration is required in AUTORO.

  • You must create an account in AUTORO using the same email address as TrustLogin.

  • Only one email address domain can be used for SSO with AUTORO.

TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.

  2. Search on the "Company App Registration" screen and select "AUTORO (SAML)".

  3. Note down the value of "IdP URL" under "Identity Provider Information," and download the certificate using the "Get Certificate" button.03__2_.png

  4. Enter the domain of the email address registered in AUTORO into the blank "ACS URL for the Service" field under "Service Provider Settings".
    Example: If the email address is xxxx@yourdomain.com, enter yourdomain.com.
    Note: Only one email address domain can be used for SSO with AUTORO.
     Multiple domains cannot be configured.

  5. Click the "Register" button to save.

  6. Send the IdP URL and certificate you noted down from TrustLogin to your AUTORO representative, and request that they configure SAML.

TrustLogin User Configuration

① When a User Adds the App from My Page

  1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
  2. Select "AUTORO (SAML)" on the "App Registration" screen, and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name," enter it, then click the "Register" button.

② When an Administrator Adds Members

  1. Search for and click the "AUTORO (SAML)" app in the "Admin Page > Apps" menu.
  2. Click "Add Member," select the users to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.

How to Log In to AUTORO

If you want to access AUTORO via SAML authentication from TrustLogin's My Page or browser extension, you can enable SAML login to AUTORO by separately registering the "[SAML Support] AUTORO" app.

  1. Search on the "Company App Registration" screen, select "[SAML Support] AUTORO," and register it. AUTORO03.png

  2. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page" and select "[SAML Support] AUTORO".

  3. If you want to change the "Display Name," enter it, enter the email address registered in AUTORO into "Email Address," and click the "Save" button.AUTORO04.png

  4. Click the app from "My Page" or "browser extension" and check whether login succeeds.
