How to Configure SAML Authentication for futureshop

Prerequisites

  • Prior configuration in futureshop is required.

  • You need to create an account in futureshop using the same email address as your TrustLogin account.

  • For the latest configuration steps, please refer to the manual provided by futureshop.

  • Only the initial account user (administrator with ID: 1) can configure SAML authentication usage settings in futureshop.

TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.

  2. Search on the "Register Corporate App" screen and select "futureshop (SAML)".

  3. Download the metadata using the "Download Metadata" button under "Identity Provider Information".

Now let's move on to the configuration in futureshop. Please open futureshop in a separate window.

futureshop Configuration

  1. Log in as the initial account user (administrator with ID: 1) and open "System > SAML Settings".

  2. Click "Select File" under "Identity Provider (SP) Settings" and upload the TrustLogin metadata.

  3. Click "Download Metadata File" under "Service Provider (SP) Information" and download the metadata. (You will use this later in the TrustLogin configuration.)

  4. At the top of the configuration screen, check "Use" under "Usage Settings" and click "Save".

    TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration (Continued)

    1. Under "Service Provider Settings," use "Select Metadata" to upload the metadata you noted down from futureshop.

    2. Save the configuration by clicking the "Register" button.


      TrustLogin User Configuration

      ① When a User Adds the App from My Page

      1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
      2. On the "Register App" screen, select "futureshop (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
      3. If you want to change the "Display Name," enter it, then click the "Register" button.

      ② When an Administrator Adds a Member

      1. In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for the "futureshop (SAML)" app and click it.
      2. Click "Add Member," select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.

TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.

  2. Search on the "Register Corporate App" screen and select "futureshop (SAML)".

  3. Download the metadata using the "Download Metadata" button under "Identity Provider Information".

Now let's move on to the configuration in futureshop. Please open futureshop in a separate window.

  1. Log in as the initial account user (administrator with ID: 1) and open "System > SAML Settings".

  2. Click "Select File" under "Identity Provider (SP) Settings" and upload the TrustLogin metadata.

  3. Click "Download Metadata File" under "Service Provider (SP) Information" and download the metadata. (You will use this later in the TrustLogin configuration.)

  4. At the top of the configuration screen, check "Use" under "Usage Settings" and click "Save".

    1. Under "Service Provider Settings," use "Select Metadata" to upload the metadata you noted down from futureshop.

    2. Save the configuration by clicking the "Register" button.


      TrustLogin User Configuration
