How to Configure SAML Authentication for ContractS CLM

Prior Confirmation

  • ContractS CLM requires prior configuration on its side.

  • You must create an account in ContractS CLM using the same email address as TrustLogin.

  • For the latest setup instructions, please refer to the manual provided by ContractS CLM.

TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.

  2. Search on the "Register Corporate App" screen and select "ContractS CLM (SAML)".

  3. Note the value of the "IdP URL" under "Identity Provider Information," and download the certificate using the "Get Certificate" button.

  4. Change the file extension of the downloaded certificate file from ".txt" to ".crt".

Now switch to the configuration on the ContractS CLM side. Please open ContractS CLM in a separate window.

ContractS CLM Configuration

  1. Log in with an administrator account and open "Company Settings" from the menu in the upper right.

  2. Click the "Edit" button for "SAML Authentication" and configure each item as follows.
    Save by clicking the "Register" button.
    HTTP-Redirect Host

    The "IdP URL" obtained from TrustLogin

    Public Key Certificate

    Upload the "certificate" (converted to a .crt file) obtained from TrustLogin

  3. Click "Yes".

  4. Download the metadata from "Download Metadata".

Return to the TrustLogin Admin Page again.

TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration (Continued)

  1. Under "Service Provider Settings," use "Select Metadata" to upload the metadata downloaded from ContractS CLM.

  2. Save by clicking the "Register" button.

TrustLogin User Configuration

① When a user adds the app from My Page

  1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
  2. On the "Register App" screen, select "ContractS CLM (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name," enter a new one, then click the "Register" button.

② When an administrator adds members

  1. In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for and click the "ContractS CLM (SAML)" app.
  2. Click "Add Member," select the users to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
