How to Configure SAML Authentication for Documal SaaS

TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.

  2. On the "Enterprise App Registration" screen, search for and select "Documal SaaS (SAML)".

  3. Obtain the metadata using "Download Metadata" under "Identity Provider Information", and click the "Register" button to save the app configuration.

  4. Send the following information to your Documal SaaS representative and request the SAML configuration.
    Metadata The downloaded "metadata"
    Post-Logout Redirect URL https://portal.trustlogin.com/

  5. When Documal SaaS notifies you that the configuration is complete, resume the setup.
    (On the Admin Page apps screen, search by app name → open the relevant app's detail screen → change the SAML app settings)

  6. Configure "Service Provider Settings" as follows.
    Login URL The "Connection URL" provided by Documal SaaS
    ACS URL to the Service Upload the "metadata" provided by Documal SaaS

  7. Click the "Register" button to save.

 

TrustLogin User Configuration

① When a user adds the app from My Page

  1. On "My Page", click the "Add App" button.
  2. On the "App Registration" screen, select "Documal SaaS (SAML)", and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, and click the "Register" button.

② When an administrator adds a member

  1. In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for and click the "Documal SaaS (SAML)" app.
  2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
