How to Configure SAML Authentication for eeasy

Prerequisites

  • Prior configuration is required in eeasy.

  • eeasy requires integration with either a Google account or a Microsoft account. The email address of the connected groupware must match the email address registered in TrustLogin.

  • For the latest setup instructions, please refer to the manual provided by eeasy.

TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.

  2. Search on the "Register Corporate App" screen and select "eeasy (SAML)".

  3. Note down the values of the "IdP URL" and "Issuer/Entity ID" under "Identity Provider Information," and download the certificate from "Get Certificate."

    Now switch to configuring eeasy. Please open eeasy in a separate window.

eeasy Configuration

  1. Log in to the eeasy administrator settings screen and open the "Security" tab.

  2. Configure each item as follows, then click the "Save" button to save the settings.
    Use SSO tool for user login Check the box

    IdP's Entity ID (Issuer URL)

    The "Issuer/Entity ID" obtained from TrustLogin

    IdP's Login URL

    The "IdP URL" obtained from TrustLogin

    IdP's Logout URL

    https://portal.trustlogin.com/ Note: optional

    Upload the "Certificate" obtained from TrustLogin

  3. After saving the settings, the information required to configure GMO TrustLogin will be displayed.
    Please note down the "Entity URL," "ACS URL," and "SLS URL".
    (You will configure these in TrustLogin later.)

TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration (Continued)

  1. Configure each item under "Service Provider Settings" with eeasy's information as follows.
    Entity ID Enter the "Entity URL" noted from eeasy
    ACS URL to Service Enter the "ACS URL" noted from eeasy
    Logout URL Enter the "SLS URL" noted from eeasy

  2. Click the "Register" button to save the settings.

TrustLogin User Configuration

① When a user adds the app from My Page

  1. Click the "Add App" button in "My Page".
  2. On the "Register App" screen, select "eeasy (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name," enter it, then click the "Register" button.

② When an administrator adds a member

  1. In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for and click the "eeasy (SAML)" app.
  2. Click "Add Member," select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.

How to Log In to eeasy

  1. When logging in, the following login screen will be displayed. Enter the email address registered in TrustLogin in the "Email Address" field, and click the "Next" button.

  2. If you are redirected to the login screen of the connected groupware (your company's Google account or Microsoft account), please log in there.
