About Contract Period and Contract Renewal

Service Start Date (= Billing Start Date)

You can specify a date.

Contract Period

12 months from the service start date

Contract Renewal

Unless you submit a cancellation request, this service's contract renews automatically.

We will send advance notice before the renewal date via the emails below.

About Changing the Number of Contracted Licenses

How to Apply for Additional Paid Licenses

By assigning the required option to a member (or inviting a user, in the case of the Pro Plan),

a paid license will be added immediately.

Billing Process When Usage Exceeds the Contracted Number

1 Licenses in use (*1) exceed your contracted number as a result of actions on your account

2 We send a "Contract ID Excess Notice" email

3 We sendan invoice

(*1) What is meant by "licenses in use"

For Free Plan + option contracts: the number of assigned options

For Pro Plan contracts: the total number of members

Billing Amount and Timing When Usage Is Exceeded

Your initial service start date serves as your billing start date.

Example: If service starts on the 5th of month x, 20xx, the 5th of every month is the billing start date

Billing applies to the months (remaining months) from the billing start date following the excess date through the next renewal date.

Note: The period from the excess date until the next billing start date is free of charge.

 Example: If service started on June 5 (billing start date: the 5th of every month) and the excess occurred on February 10

For Customers Considering Reducing Paid Licenses

Reductions in paid licenses take effect from the next renewal date.
If you are considering a reduction, please contact us via the Contact Us form by one month before your next renewal date.

Note: If the one-month-before deadline for the renewal date has passed, the contract will renew with the license count from before the reduction,
so please contact us as soon as the reduction is decided.
