How to Configure SAML Authentication for Josys

TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.

  2. Search on the "Register Company App" screen and select "Josys (SAML)".

  3. Make a note of the "Identity Provider URL" and "Issuer/Entity ID" under "Identity Provider Information", then download the certificate from "Get Certificate".

  4. Click the "Register" button.
  5. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
  6. On the "Register App" screen, select "Josys (SAML)", then click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
  7. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, then click the "Register" button.

Josys Settings

  1. Log in with an administrator account and select "SSO (SAML Authentication)" from "Security"._____03.png
  2. Click "Configure SSO".

  3. Configure each item as follows, then click "Register".
    IdP

    Select "Other (supports SAML 2.0 IdPs only)"

    External ID (IdP) Name Any name of your choosing (in this example, GMO TrustLogin)
    IdP's Entity ID The "Entity ID" you noted from TrustLogin
    IdP's Login URL The "Identity Provider URL" you noted from TrustLogin
    Certificate Open the certificate downloaded from TrustLogin and paste it

  4. Click "Authentication Test".

  5. In the "SAML Authentication Test Result", confirm that "Connection with the IdP is normal." is displayed.

  6. Turn on the "Enable SSO" toggle.

TrustLogin User Settings

① When a User Adds the App from My Page

  1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
  2. On the "Register App" screen, select "Josys (SAML)", then click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, then click the "Register" button.
  4. Click the app from "My Page" or the "browser extension" and verify that login succeeds.

② When an Administrator Adds Members

  1. Search for and click the "Josys (SAML)" app in the "Admin Page > App" menu.
  2. Click "Add Member", select the users to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
