This page explains how to change the login button for Active Directory integration.
This is not required as part of the Active Directory integration setup, so please use it as needed.

Open the Active Directory integration settings screen from the "Admin Page > Settings" menu,
enter the name you want to use in "Login Button Name," and save.

This will display the button with the new name at login.

Hiding the Login Button

Even when the AD integration option is enabled, you can hide the "Active Directory" button at login.
This allows you to use AD integration for user sync only, while

performing login authentication with ADFS via an external IdP, for example.

Open the Active Directory integration settings screen from the "Admin Page > Settings" menu,
check "Disable AD Password," and save.
